Welcome to Little Goddess

I've loved to create since I was a child. Making something from scratch from different materials (paint, clay, card etc)

I've tried all sorts of crafts over the years, knitting, sewing, pottery, lace making to encaustic art.

You never stop learning in life, or learning about who you are and what you are capable of. Makes life interesting I guess.

Arts and crafts are a little like meditation. You are in the moment, in the now. You are so immersed in trying to get the idea or image in your minds eye into reality. That you do not sense the passage of time. Which has got to be good for personal health and wellbeing.

The creation does not have to be perfect you just enjoy the process. The satisfaction of creating some with your own hands which did not exist before. It's messy but fun.

So what is there purpose of me starting this blog? Which to be honest is outside my comfort zone.

Well I love holistic therapies, crystals, metaphysics and arts & crafts.

So I would like to pass on knowledge, creative ideas through this blog.
